Ministry Location: Various Locations Across the USA, Currently based in Covington, LA

Ministry Description: We are currently on one year home assignment (furlough) in order to rest,
reconnect, and retool. We have handed off Domestic Response Director duties to others during home assignment. Babette has handed off Operations Coordinator and Administrative Duties to others as well.
We are seeking guidance from the Lord during our time away to see if He has other duties/positions/areas of focus that we need to assume upon our return to ministry.

Recent Ministry Fruit: We established the Kentucky Flood response and Hurricane Ian response
during the last year. We saw trauma care Bible study groups established in these locations and
over saw 3 other response sites while supporting the leadership staff at those locations. We
closed out our Paradise, CA wildfire response location this fall and left a replanted church
there which went from about 20 people back to 120+ because of our community engagement
and investment in church discipleship and outreach efforts.

Recent Challenges: After 16 continuous years of ministry, and the growth of ministry scope/reach, I found myself nearing a burnout phase and was counseled by our member care team to take an extended break.
